Sometimes cancelling is a must. I try to be as understanding as possible. However, I do ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This is made so that I can fill the opening in my schedule. If this is not respected, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot.
